Dalian: Prospector Offshore Drilling S.A. has announced an agreement with Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Offshore (DSIC Offshore) to extend the expiry dates on three of its rig construction option agreements with DSIC Offshore that were previously due to expire on 31 December 2012. The expiry dates of the three rig construction option agreements have all been extended to March 31, 2013.
The Company also announced an agreement with Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding to extend the expiry dates on three of its rig construction option agreements with SWS that were previously due to expire on 31 December 2012.
The two sides have re-arranged the expiration date of all the three rig option agreements to June 30th, 2013. [04/01/13]
