S.D. Standard Drilling secures PSV contract

S.D. Standard Drilling has secured a contract from energy logistics firm Peterson for platform supply vessel Standard Viking.

The vessel has commenced on a one-year term charter with Peterson with the option to extend the term with 1+1 year at increased rates. The commercial terms of the contract were not disclosed.

S.D. Standard Drilling currently has ownership in 16 PSVs, with two of them in warm lay-up and being marketed for new opportunities.
