Seacat secures three-year Galloper Wind Farm contract

Offshore windfarm support specialist Seacat Services has secured a three-year contract from Galloper Wind Farm Limited.

Under the contract, service vessel Seacat Ranger will be deployed at the wind farm from August this year. In September, she will be joined by sister vessels, Seacat Liberty and Seacat Vigilant.

The vessels will handle technician and equipment transfers to support the maintenance and performance optimisation at the farm.

“Close collaboration in vessel deployment can yield an extensive range of benefits for all of the parties involved in the development and operation of technically and logistically complex offshore wind farms,” said Ian Baylis, managing director of Seacat Services.
