Hong Kong: Shipping is now reaching “the blood on the carpet” stage, Arthur Bowring, managing director of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association, has warned in the latest upload to Splash TV. Shipping needs to go through this phase, Bowring said.
The biggest headache for shipowners right now, Bowring said, is the coming together of all the regulations hitting shipping.
