Indian container feeder operator Shreyas Shipping & Logistics has signed a deal to acquire a 1,100 teu containership from an unnamed party.

Last week, Shreyas signed a deal for its 10th containership, a 2,500 teu vessel to be used on Indian coastal routes.

Upon delivery of this latest acquisition, scheduled early in March, Shreyas will have a fleet of 11 vessels ranging in capacity from 569 teu to 2959 teu.
