Solstad awarded CSV contract by Repsol Sinopec

Solstad Offshore has been awarded a contract by Repsol Sinopec Resources for the hire of the construction support vessel Normand Jarstein.

The contract is for a firm period of 90 days plus further 60 days options. The vessel will commence the contract by the end of April.

Solstad Offshore, Deep Sea Supply and Farstad Shipping are expected to complete a merger during the first half of 2017. The merger will create the largest company in the high-end global OSV sector with a fleet of 154 vessels.
