Solstad Offshore wins Saipem extension

Oslo: Solstad Offshore has said that Saipem has declared their option to extend the contract for subsea construction and umbilical lay DP vessel Normand Cutter (21,876bhp, built 2001)

The vessel is working off West Africa, and has been with Saipem since 2010.

Solstad said in a statement that this is the last of three yearly options Saipem has on the vessel.
