Korea’s SPP Shipbuilding has sold an AHTS vessel, which was cancelled by a shipowner last year, to offshore and special purpose vessel owner Sevnor.
The vessel, which was to be named AH Genova, has been transported from Korea to Tersan Shipyard in Turkey for final outfitting, and is due to be completed in early 2017.
Splash reported that Italian company Finarge, owned by Rimorchiatori Riuniti Group, cancelled an AHTS vessel at SPP Shipbuilding in July 2015.
