TechnipFMC secures FEED contract from Reliance

TechnipFMC subsidiary Genesis has secured a deepwater front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract offshore India from Reliance Industries.

This project will involve a seven-well gas condensate discovery producing via two subsea drill centres and tied back to a floating production, storage and offloading unit.

“This award is strategically important to Genesis and we are very excited to be awarded this contract by RIL,” said John Cambridge, managing director of Genesis.

In February, TechnipFMC also secured a FEED contract from Energean Oil & Gas for the Karish and Tanin development programme.
