TSC Group sets up joint venture with Huangpu Wenchong Shipyard

Guangzhou: Hong Kong-listed TSC Group, a service provider serving both onshore and offshore drilling sectors, has signed an agreement with CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipyard to establish a joint venture – Guangzhou Xingji Offshore Engineering Company – in the recently established Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade Zone.

The joint venture will be dedicated to develop the offshore EPC market.

TSC Group and Huangpu Wenchong have been working together on the construction offshore platforms since 2012.

Currently TSC Group has two offshore rigs under construction at Huangpu Wenchong Shipyard.
