Ultra Deep Solutions signs off on first of five well intervention vessels

Singapore’s Ultra Deep Solutions has firmed up an LOI signed with China Merchants Heavy Industry last month for a SALT 310 well intervention vessel.

Ultra Deep Solutions said the order marks the start of a well intervention new build vessel program, which will see five of the hybrid ships ordered over the next 14 months.

The vessel will be named Rembrandt and have a build time of 34-36 months to meet the end client’s schedule.
