V.Ships Offshore awarded ship management contract by CMM Offshore

V.Group has announced that V.Ships Offshore has been awarded a ship management contract by Compagnie Maritime Monegasque Offshore (CMM) to provide full technical and crew management services for a new fleet of five oil spill recovery vessels in Brazil.

The ship management services will be provided by V.Ships Offshore in Rio de Janeiro. More than 90 specialised seafarer positions will be deployed on board the vessels.

“We are delighted to be further developing our relationship with CMM and look forward to continuing to use our expertise to deliver offshore marine asset management solutions for them,” said Alessandro Ciocchi, director V.Ships Offshore.

V.Ships Offshore also secured a ship management contract from Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors this week.
