Shanghai: Xiamen ITG Group announced today that the company plans to set up a new jv with Xiamen Port Group, Xiamen Xiangyu Logistics Group and two other parties.
The jv project will focus on terminal developments in Xiamen.
“Several listed companies are involved in this jv. We have many things that still need to be negotiated. Further information will be announced later,” an official from Xiamen ITG Group told SinoShip News. [04/01/13]
