Dalian: The northern Chinese port of Yantai is to develop 21 port-related projects this year with RMB2.2bn investment.
Yantai is to complete the construction of the first phase project of Yantai Xigang port area, including a 150,000 tons-class and 300,000 tons-class berth, and start the construction of a 300,000 tons-class crude oil terminal, plus four shipping channel projects.
Meanwhile, the city is to accelerate the construction of cruise infrastructure following the successful operation of the domestic cruise liner “Zhong Hua Tai Shan”.
