Zhenhua bags $192.9m contract from OOCL

Shanghai: Zhenhua Heavy Industry announced late Thursday night the company signed a crane equipment sales contract with Hong Kong liner OOCL, including eight quay cranes and 38 RTGs. The total contract value is US$192.9m, the equipment will be delivered during 2015-2019.

In June, Zhenhua signed a contract with the same company for six quay cranes and 32 RTGs worth US$154m as OOCL gears up for its massive new terminal in Long Beach, California.

In the first half, Zhenhua received US$1.52bn in new port equipment orders, an increase of 27% year-on-year.  [03/08/12]
