中国工信部发布首份海工船厂白名单， 7月起要求国内船厂开始提交申请。
首批获得资格的为七家国有船厂，包括中集来福士，振华重工，中远启东海工，中远南通船厂，上海外高桥造船，招商局重工和大船海工。
中央希望白名单可以优化海工建造能力，推进业内合并，名单上的船厂可以享受政府和银行的优惠政策。
去年，中央发布造船企业白名单。
