上海：中国最大的港口建设公司中交建设在上海自贸区成立了中交疏浚集团，公司正在整合疏浚业务。
公司整合了中交天津疏浚，中交上海疏浚，中交广州疏浚，中交国际和Hong Kong Marine Construction.
中交疏浚集团的注册资本为117亿元，将成为全球运力最大的疏浚公司。
公司表示将会推进疏浚公司在港交所上市。
中交在上交所和港交所上市。2015年的投资预算达到1200亿元。
