中海发展宣布子公司，中海散货运输，从姊妹公司中海海盛和中海工业签订了两份租船合同。
中海散货将从中海海盛租赁六艘57，000载重吨散货船，从中海工业租赁三艘55，000载重吨散货船，租期八个月。总金额为8500万元。
这些船将用于沿海运输和国际运输。
中海发展今年第一季度实现净盈利6500万元，同比增长27%。
