上海：中国国际集装箱（中集）宣布其全资子公司中集来福士和巴西公司Schahin达成纠纷和解协议并签署了一份调解书。
中集来福士成功追回Schahin所欠的全部欠款和利息、费用等合计约2.72亿美元。
中集来福士在2010年和2011年为Schahin建造两座钻井平台SS Pantanal and SS Amazonia。建造期间，中集来福士预先支付了建造款，而Schahin没有按合同作出相应的款项支付。中集在2011年提起仲裁并在2013年获胜。
