国家发改委宣布收到多家航运公司通知，包括川崎汽船，韩国韩进海运、现代商船，长荣海运、万海航运、阳明海运和中海集运，将采取行动降低航运附加费。
这些航运公司将取消附加费，包括人工制单费，港口费，电放取消费，第三地领单费，提单保管费，以及一些其他费用。
九月，中国政府部门发布公开声明，进一步减少多余的航运费用。这些政府部门已经开始航运公司，港口和物流企业进行不合理收费调查。
