大连：上海香港两地上市的大连港宣布公司计划在港交所发行14.75亿新H股，约占总发行股份的33.33%。

新股价格将在充分考虑公司现有股东利益、投资者接受能力以及发行风险的前提下进行定价。

筹集资金将用于开发石油业务，投资并优化国内外港口，建造物流设施，补充运营资金。

新股发行有待当局批准。
