广州港将大规模扩张

广州政府宣布2015-2017年国际航运中心发展计划。

广州将投资大约1000亿元，发展60个主要航运和港口相关项目，到2017年底实现年货物吞吐量5.5亿吨，集装箱吞吐量2000万TEU。

未来三年，广州计划每年增加8000万吨港口操作能力，增加20条新的国际航线。

另外，广州计划增加三个以上铁路集装箱连接至云南，湖南，江西，贵州，广西和四川。广州还将加速南沙国际汽车物流园的开发，支持广州港成为该地区的汽车物流中心。
