台北：台湾干散货船东正德海运宣布公司从五家金融机构获得3200万美元的集团贷款，这五家金融机构包括合作金库商业银行，兆丰国际商业银行，板信商业银行，台湾中小企业银行和Grand Capital International。
贷款期限为七年，公司表示资金将用于购买三艘新船。公司在去年订购了三艘16，500载重吨散货船，将在2015年8月，2015年12月和2016年5月交付。
正德海运运营船队为九艘船，船队长期发展规划是将其规模扩大到15艘船。
