北京：河北远洋董事长高彦明在最近召开的人大会议上建议，中国新船补贴计划的终止日期应该被延长。
中央在2013年末发布了拆船和新船补贴计划，为同时进行拆船和新造船的公司提供补贴。该计划将在2015年12月31日终止。
高彦明建议将新造船补贴延长到2018年12月31日，以避免新订单激增而造成接下来几年的运力过剩。
“大量航运公司都在亏损。如果过剩问题不能解决，航运业的低迷会加剧。”高彦明表示。
