海盛股份转让被迫推迟

上海：中海集团上市子公司中海海盛的股份被迫推迟，原因是国资委尚未批准。

海盛在6月5日宣布中海集团将向私人企业览海上寿出让海盛8200万股，价值10.29亿元，占公司总股份14.11%，而中海也将放弃对海盛的控股权。

公司预计在6月26日开始股份转让，但现在被推迟了。

海盛从事散货和化学品运输。
