舜天船舶获伦敦海事仲裁协会支持

上海：舜天船舶宣布在一起租船纠纷中，伦敦海事仲裁协会要求六家希腊单船公司向其子公司顺高航运支付3000万美元的赔偿金。

顺高航运在2012年6月和12家希腊单船公司签订了12艘64，000载重吨散货船租船合同，其中6家未能按合同支付租金。在延期无果之后，顺高航运向伦敦海事仲裁协会提出要求终止合同并寻求赔偿。

2012年，伦敦海事仲裁协会取消六艘船的合同。

此外，公司还宣布提交了对山西中阳钢铁的一份诉讼，后者未能向舜天交付价值5000万元的质量合格的钢铁产品。
