财政困难的舜天船舶宣布公司收到证监会的通知，关于调查公司违反信息披露规则。

舜天船舶未能向证交所提交关于损失订单的报告，违反信息披露规则。公司称如果在调查中被发现有违法行为，公司面临下市风险。

四月深交所发布关于舜天船舶违反信息披露规则的通告。

舜天船舶从8月6日暂停股票交易，正在研究挽救计划。
