舜天船舶被控披露违规

上海：深圳证交所宣布对舜天船舶给予处分，由于违反信息披露规则。

舜天船舶被指控未曾披露涉及明德重工的造船项目风险，未能准确报告项目进展，未对可能造成大幅损失做出公告。公司五名主要高管被处分。

公司2012年起与明德重工合作开发多项造船项目，尽管明德三年亏损，仍支付了281亿元预付款。

由于明德重工重组困难，舜天2014年亏损4.03亿元。在重组过程中，公司可能面临29.4亿元损失。
