舜天船舶宣布公司就与南京华锦船务有限公司、南京华海船务有限公司和湖北华海船舶重工有限公司的光船租赁合同纠纷向武汉海事法院提起诉讼。
舜天船舶与南京华锦船务有限公司、南京华海船务有限公司和湖北华海船舶重工有限公司在2014年总共签订了六艘船的光船租赁合同。
但是这三家公司在合同签订后没有支付租船费用。
舜天船舶要求终止合同，要求三家公司偿还租船费用加利息共6300万元。
舜天船舶正在制定重整计划，目前涉及多个法庭案件。
