长航凤凰宣布全资子公司长航凤凰南京出售55艘老旧内河运输船，总价1088万元，公司正在努力优化船队。
公司还宣布计划购买三艘3,000dwt驳船和两艘推轮，总价1100万元。
长航凤凰表示其将与武汉光谷联合产权交易所和湖北宇丰码头发展有限公司共同成立武汉船舶交易公司，公司将投资350万元，持有合资公司35%的股份。
长航凤凰今年前三季度预计实现1.08-1.1亿元净盈利。
长航凤凰今年八月被天津顺航航运从中外运长航集团手中接下，正在进行重组。
