上海：上海龙宇燃油宣布公司董事会同意注销子公司龙宇青吾（上海）贸易有限公司，原因是其未能实现公司预计目标。
龙宇燃油于2013年与青吾（上海）投资管理有限公司通过合资方式设立龙宇青吾（上海）贸易有限公司，两家分别持有60%和40%的股份。
公司称子公司未能发展稳定的客户和供应商，龙宇青吾总经理有挪用资金嫌疑。
公司2015上半年净亏损5067万元，与去年的490万盈利相比大幅下降。
公司认为燃油低价和销量减少是亏损主要原因。
