Solstad Offshore finds work for three PSVs

Norway’s Solstad Offshore has been awarded contracts for three platform supply vessels.

Shell Brasil Petroleo has taken 2013-built Normand Starling on a two-year contract commencing in the second quarter of 2019. The vessel will be supporting Shell’s activities in Brazil.

Solstad has also been awarded contracts with an unnamed client for two of the company’s PSVs, also commencing in the second quarter of 2019. The contract duration for each vessel is 185 days firm, and includes additional options.

Grant Rowles

Grant spent nine years at Informa Group based in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore. He gained strong management experience in publishing, conferences and awards schemes in the shipping and legal areas, working on a number of titles including Lloyd's List. In 2009 Grant joined Seatrade responsible for the commercial development of Seatrade’s Asia products. In 2012, with Sam Chambers, he co-founded Asia Shipping Media.
