Detained North Korean vessel arrives in American Samoa

The Wise Honest, a North Korean bulker seized by the United States, arrived under tow in American Samoa from Indonesia on Saturday. The ship, accused of violating international sanctions against Pyongyang, is now undergoing inspections at the port of Pago Pago. It had originally been detained by Indonesian authorities 13 months over an illegal coal shipment.

Upon the conclusion of the investigation, the ship will be moved to an as yet undisclosed destination.
