Just days after Splash reported that China’s Hebei Ocean Shipping (Hosco) is circulating nine-year-old capesize Ocean Emperor for sale, the company has put two more bulkers on the market.
Brokers are circulating Hosco’s 2012-built post-panamax pair Hebei Xingtai and Hebei Canhzhou for sale. Best outright offers are being invited based on delivery by arrangement in the Far East, the circular says.
While no price was given, VesselsValue has a fair market price of between $15.5m-$16m each on the pair.
Hosco has 18 vessels in its fleet, according to VesselsValue, made up of 12 capesizes and six post-panamaxes.
