Danish offshore wind specialist Ziton has taken Vroon’s 2011-built self-elevating wind turbine installation vessel MPI Enterprise on a bareboat charter.
on a bareboat charter.The vessel has gone on charter with immediate effect, though to the end of March 2021 and Ziton also has an option to acquire the vessel.
Ziton said by adding the vessel to its fleet, it will be able to service all wind turbine models.
“The vessel will be used to service customers under existing framework agreements, as well as turn key solutions for major component replacements and blade campaigns,” the company added.
