Shearwater GeoServices awarded 4D surveys off Denmark

Geoservices company Shearwater GeoServices has been awarded 4D seismic survey contracts by Total at the Tyra and Roar Fields in Denmark.

The surveys will be conducted by Shearwater’s SW Amundsen vessel this summer. Total has selected Shearwater’s multi-sensor Isometrix acquisition system.

This month, Shearwater signed a binding term sheet with CGG for a strategic partnership, through which Shearwater will add five more vessels to its fleet.
