Dolphin awarded seismic job offshore Myanmar

Oslo: Dolphin Group has announced that is has been awarded a contract by Ophir Energy for the 3D data acquisition and processing of a 10,000 sq km area offshore Myanmar.

Ophir Energy was awarded a production sharing contract by the Myanmar Ministry of Energy in December last year for the block, AD-03, and work will commence imminently with a vessel already located in the region.

Grant spent nine years at Informa Group based in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore. He gained strong management experience in publishing, conferences and awards schemes in the shipping and legal areas, working on a number of titles including Lloyd's List. In 2009 Grant joined Seatrade responsible for the commercial development of Seatrade’s Asia products. In 2012, with Sam Chambers, he co-founded Asia Shipping Media.
