ZPMC joins wind project off Taiwan

Shanghai: Port machinery manufacturer Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry (ZPMC) has signed a framework cooperation agreement with Taiwanese company SWE Green & Sustainable for the development of offshore windpower projects.

SWE Green & Sustainable is currently developing the first offshore windpower field project offshore Taiwan. It plans to install more than 30 windpower turbines before the end of 2019.

ZPMC will be responsible for the offshore installation work on the project.
