Singapore: New York-listed Diana Shipping has entered into a time charter contract with Singapore’s Clearlake Shipping, a member of the Gunvor Group, for a capesize, the 2007-built M/V Boston . The gross charter rate is $14,250 per day, minus a 4.75% commission paid to third parties, for a period of about 24 months to about 29 months.
