Aeolos Management scraps tanker

The Embiricos family controlled Aeolos Management has sold a 21-year-old tanker for scrap.

Mumbai-headquartered Arya Group is paying $8.3m for Kassos, according to one broker’s report. The ship has an ldt of 16,479.

The Kassos stood out among the eight tankers in the Aelos fleet as being the only one that was not a VLCC.
