Norwegian oilfield service company Aker Solutions has signed a three-year maintenance and service contract worth $124m with Brazil’s Petrobras.
It will cover maintenance, storage, parts supply and technical help to Petrobras for subsea equipment supplied by Aker in oil and gas fields offshore Brazil.
Oslo-based Aker will manage the contract from Rio das Ostras in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
