April conclusion for Sapurakencana’s $2.9bn tender rig deal
Sapurakencana Petroleum is moving ahead with the purchase of Seadrill’s tender rig businesses. A sale and purchase agreement has been signed between the two companies worth $2.9bn. The deal will be sealed in April.
