Atlantic Offshore lands ERRV contract with Repsol Sinopec

Norway’s Atlantic Offshore has secured a contract for emergency response and rescue vessel Ocean Tay with Repsol Sinopec Resources UK.

The three-year firm contract has an additional two one-year extension options, and is expected to start on January 21, 2017.

Last month Atlantic sold the 1974-built standby/supply vessel Ocean West for scrap after coming off a nine-month emergency response and rescue vessel contract from Talisman Sinopec Energy UK.
