Atwood Oceanics gets Woodside semi-submersible contract

Houston-headquartered Atwood Oceanics has been awarded a one-well drilling services contract with Woodside Energy for semi-submersible rig  Atwood Osprey.

The contract, offshore Australia, will commence between May 24, 2017 and July 7, 2017 with an estimated duration of 130 days.

The day rate for the project is $185,000 per day.

Grant Rowles
