Aurora LPG makes management changes ahead of BW LPG takeover

Aurora LPG has made some management changes ahead of its takeover by BW LPG. Børge Johansen is stepping down as CEO, a position he has held since 2014. Johansen will continue the role as CEO of Atlantic Tankers AS, the commercial manager and pool company for Aurora LPG’s VLGCs.

Furthermore, Aurora’s CFO, Nikolai Jebsen, has been told his contract will expire at the end of March next year. Jebsen will serve as interim CEO until then, overseeing the BW LPG transition.
