Authorities cannot reach stricken Shang Yang

Doha: The stricken tanker Shang Yang lying off the Yemeni coast has spilt two tons of the 4,500 tons of diesel it is carrying. Authorities have been unable to handle the incident with no vessels capable of reaching the ship, which lost power a week ago.
