Dalian: AVIC Weihai Shipyard has started the construction of its new engineering equipment manufacturing project. Total investment on the project is RMB1.5bn.
Phase one will become a manufacturing base for cement engineering equipment. German company KHD Humboldt is a strategic partner for the project.
