Doha: The CEO of APM Terminals, Marco Neelsen, has talked about his firm’s plans to create a marine bridge link between Khalifa Port in Bahrain to the industrial city of Jubail in eastern Saudi Arabia by the end of 2013, to transfer goods and exports between both sides and ease the pressure on the heavily used King Fahd bridge. Shipping times should take less than a day, around 15 hours, Neelsen said. [27/05/13]
