Hong Kong: With Rajaish Bajpaee taking a non-executive chairman position at Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) next month, relinquishing his ceo role to his current deputy, Captain Norbert Aschmann, the shipmanagement veteran has had time to reflect on how shipmanagement has changed over the years.
