Beijing: A key hurdle in the proposed tie up between Maersk, CMA CGM and MSC looks likely to have been crossed. The P3 Network is seeking approvals from around the world before it launches and the Wall Street Journal has reported Chinese regulators will give it the go ahead later this month.
Both the European Commission and the US have also given their blessing for the tie up of the three biggest containerlines. The P3 Network is now likely to launch in the final quarter of this year. [06/06/14]
